For the best results, use 2-3 times per week for 4 weeks. At least once per week following the 4 weeks of initial use. Combine with raw honey, raw milk, yogurt, your favorite hydrosol or pure water. Leave on for at least 30 mins. My favorite way is to mix with raw honey, a hydrosol or Waters of Root Flora and leave the mixture on for 3-4 hours.
