It’s taking raw honey with warm water on an empty stomach in the morning, sipping on herbal teas, soaking in sunlight, and getting the rest your body craves. Most importantly, about surrendering to the One who created you and is in control of all. The One who adds light to your soul, to your heart, to your character, and beautifies you from the inside out.
