All orders, both U.S and International, currently ship via USPS or UPS from Massachusetts, USA.

Processing time: 1-2 Business Days

If your shipping info was entered incorrectly, simply send an email as soon as possible to [email protected] and I will get that updated for you!

At the moment we ship within the U.S, to Canada, Australia, China, Hong Kong, U.K, Europe and Mexico (please check import regulations first). Mexico shipments must ship via UPS Expedited. Any additional customs delays/fees are out of my control, though, I will try my absolute best to resolve any issues you may come into contact with.

Please note, I am not responsible for any delays due to international customs or for any additional duties/taxes your country may require. Please review your local policies regarding receiving shipments from the U.S prior to ordering. 

Returns: 
Due to the nature of these products, I do not accept returns, however, if you have any concerns regarding your products upon receiving them, reach out to me within 7 days of receiving your product(s) and I will be more than happy to help you & provide a refund if applicable.
